The AltRider Aluminum Center Stand is the only aluminum center stand available for the KTM 690 Enduro, Husqvarna Norden 701 Enduro, and GasGas ES 700, and that material choice matters beyond just weight savings. The arm is designed close to the swingarm. You can find it naturally with your boot and it won't catch your leg when you put your foot down — a real problem with wider-arm designs. Once deployed, your bike is in a stable position. It won't roll off on its own.
Because it's significantly lighter than any steel alternative, the stand stays clear of the ground over rough terrain. Ground clearance and cornering ability are not compromised.
