Faster Braking: At 60 mph a rider travels up to 50 feet before reacting — this system keeps your foot in the correct brake position whether sitting or standing, cutting that extra reaction time.
Two Riding Positions: A raised platform and an enlarger plate work together to give your foot proper brake contact in both seated and standing positions, so you never have to reposition mid-ride.
More Control Off-Road: The billet aluminum enlarger plate gives your foot more surface area to work with, giving you better rear brake control on unpredictable off-road terrain.
Built for Off-Road Abuse: Stainless steel bottom plate and hardware resist the constant abrasion and impact of trail riding.
Adjustable Grip: Optional replaceable grip pins are included so you can tune the feel to match your boots and riding style.

Most OEM brake pedals are designed for one foot position. But ADV riders constantly shift between sitting and standing — and every time your foot is out of position, your reaction time increases. The DualControl system solves this by giving your foot two levels of brake engagement, one for each riding position.

The riser accounts for the angle difference between a bent, seated knee and a straight, standing leg. The enlarger plate adds surface area so your foot finds the pedal reliably, even on rough terrain where your body is always moving. Both components work together so you stay in control without thinking about foot placement.

Risers can be swapped out to suit different riding styles. Available individually or as a kit.

At 60 mph, a rider covers up to 50 feet before reacting to a hazard. If your foot is not already on the brake pedal in the right position, that distance doubles. The DualControl system addresses this directly.

The riser accounts for the difference in foot angle between seated and standing riding. When seated, your knee bends and your foot angles downward. When standing, your leg straightens and your foot flattens. One fixed OEM pedal cannot work well for both positions. The riser adds a second engagement level so your foot finds the brake correctly in either position. Two riser heights are available depending on riding style, and risers can be swapped.

The enlarger plate works with the riser to give your foot more surface area on unpredictable terrain. Both parts are available separately or as a kit.

Two Brake Positions: The riser creates a second engagement level for the rear brake, so your foot lands in the correct position whether you are sitting or standing.
Faster Reaction: Reach the rear brake instantly whether sitting or standing, cutting the extra reaction time that could mean the difference in an emergency stop.
Better Control Standing: When standing on the pegs off-road, the riser brings the brake pedal up to meet your foot in its natural horizontal position so you never have to hunt for the pedal.
Larger Brake Platform: The billet aluminum enlarger plate gives your boot a bigger surface to work with, so you maintain confident brake control as your body moves over rough terrain.
Grip Pins Included: Optional grip pins on the enlarger plate keep your foot from sliding off during aggressive off-road sections, with extra pins included for replacement.

At 60 mph, the average rider travels 25 to 50 feet before they can fully react to a hazard. That gap gets worse if your foot is not already on the rear brake when you need it. The problem is that standing and sitting put your foot at completely different angles — and a single fixed OEM pedal cannot account for both.

The DualControl Riser raises the brake pedal 25.4mm to create a second engagement level. When you are seated, your bent knee angles your foot downward. When you stand, your leg straightens and your foot comes up to a more horizontal position. With the riser, the pedal meets your foot correctly in both positions. You stop hunting for the pedal and your reaction time stays consistent.

Paired with the DualControl Enlarger, the billet aluminum platform gives your boot more surface area on the rear brake — useful when your body is constantly shifting over rough terrain. Grip pins are included for added traction and can be added or removed based on preference. The stainless steel bottom plate and hardware handle the abrasion of off-road use. Both the riser and enlarger are available separately or as a kit.

Faster Brake Response: The enlarged foot platform means your foot finds the brake instantly whether you are sitting or standing, cutting the reaction delay that can add 25–50 feet of stopping distance at 60 mph.
Two Braking Positions: The 25.4 mm (1 inch) riser creates a second engagement level so the pedal is in the correct position for both a seated bent-knee angle and a standing flat-foot position.
Built for Off-Road: The billet aluminum enlarger plate gives your foot a much larger surface area on the rear brake, improving control on constantly changing off-road terrain.
Grip When You Need It: Optional replaceable grip pins are included and can be added or removed to match your preference and boot type.

The AltRider DualControl system makes your rider safer and increase your rear break control. ADV riders constantly shift between sitting and standing, and each position puts your foot at a different angle relative to the stock brake pedal. If your foot is not already in the right spot when you need to brake, your reaction time doubles before you even touch the pedal.

At 60 mph, a half-second delay in braking means 44 feet of extra stopping distance and a good knee angle when sitting is key when riding long days.

The riser creates a second engagement level that keeps your foot in a functional braking position whether your leg is bent in a seated position or extended while standing. The enlarger plate increases the pedal surface area so your boot finds purchase quickly over rough terrain, even when your footing is shifting.

The enlarger and riser are precision-fit to each specific model for long-term stability.
