Real Protection: Guards the engine, clutch cover, radiator, and front fairings — not just the lower engine like most crash bars
Frame-Mounted: Mounts directly into the existing motor mount using OEM fasteners at the top, with Torx fasteners at the bottom — no weak tabs or flanges
Won't Bend: One-piece integrated design is rigid enough to resist deflection in a real crash, not just a slow tip-over
Fairing Safe: 30 mm of clearance between bars and fairing prevents contact during a fall, protecting the plastics you are trying to save
No Rust: Stainless steel with a shot peen satin finish will not rust even after years of use in wet and muddy conditions
Quick Install: Designed to go on easily with included Loctite and first class manual

Material: Stainless steel
Tubing Diameter: 1 inch (25.4 mm)
Wall Thickness: 2.1 mm
Welding: Hand TIG welded
Finish: Shot peen satin
Hardware: OEM fasteners (top mounts); Torx fasteners included (bottom mounts)
Weight: 12.5 lbs
Dimensions: 13 × 20 × 13 in

Most crash bars protect the lower engine and stop there. These cover the clutch cover, radiator, and front fairings — the parts that take damage in a real fall.

The mounts fit directly into the existing motor mount. No flanges, no weak tabs, no hanging. The connection is solid, using OEM fasteners at the top and included Torx fasteners at the bottom. The integrated one-piece design resists deflection in a crash, not just a slow tip-over. There is 30 mm of clearance between the bars and the fairing, so the bars protect the plastics rather than pressing into them.

The shot peen satin finish on the stainless steel will not rust after seasons of wet and muddy riding. Compatible with the BMW large enduro skid plate. Not compatible with the Remus header. Available in silver or black.
