They mount directly to AltRider lower crash bars using purpose-built metal clamps, turning two separate components into one unified system. When the upper and lower bars are joined, they also tie the left and right sides of the lower system together. The bars are also a practical place to run auxiliary lights. Mounted up high, your lights stay clear of rocks, brush, and the ground — exactly where you want them on technical terrain.
