The AltRider Radiator Guard is made from 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) anodized aluminum. The louver design deflects trail debris before it reaches the core, while still directing airflow through the radiator so the engine runs at proper temperature. The guard sits a minimum 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) from the radiator face to keep airflow moving freely.

Installation uses only the three existing shroud bolts. Remove them, set the guard in place, reinstall the shroud. No extra hardware, no spacers, no fairing removal. The guard geometry matches the shroud contours exactly, and the 4-inch mounting tab distributes any impact forces evenly rather than concentrating them at a single point.
